I am filing for my 7th yr extension on my own (No Lawyer) but a little confused about the applicable fees. The question is what is the Filing fees payable to the DHS if my company employs less than 25 employees and I am employed with the same employer for the last 6 yrs and the same employer is filing the extension petition. Initial visa was approved for 3 yrs and then an extension was approved for 3 yrs. (Labor approved and I-140 applied 2 months ago). Experts and guys who have filed with a lawyers help will be able to reply with the precise and current details. All feedback is appreciated.
