H1 B 6th year denied

MY 6th year extension was denied they send the RFE but RFE was not reponsed properly by my company so they denied my extension, how ever i have approved Labor and I140 can i filed for 485 which is current now, will i get back in status or i have problem.
From the denial of extension to submittal of 485 shall be 90days will that be problem.
I have filed for MTR also will that help me.
same time i have filed for new H1 from new company will that help me at any stage.
Please some one guide me on this.
 
Can you please let me know when did your letter after the date the I-129 status got posted on website.

I know there is only 30 days from the service date to file MTR.

I am also in the same boat
 
Hi my employer applied for 7th year H1B extension I was issued NOID
saying that Master servent relation doesnot exis and H1B got denied so My employer applied for MTR and I have transfered my H1B as a backup after denial. H1B transfer in premium is pending since more than 2 months and MTR is also pending I don't know what to do
