H1-B 6 Yrs period expiring

Hi Folks,

Can I come back on B1 Visa after I complete my 6 yrs H1-B period. If yes, will the stay on B1 will be counted as out of USA or I have to wait for another one year from my expiry of B1 to reset my one year H1-B re-entry gap.

Any reponse will be really appreciated.
