H1-B -- 6 yr limit

Hi.
I entered the US in Jun 98 on an H1-B visa. Between then and now i have been out of the United States for 6 months( once for 1 month and second time for 5 months). Do these 6 months count in the 6 year limit?

I think 6 months is not valid into your 6 years period.
But its better to make sure from immigration.
