H1 Approval notice - error in petitioner name

Hello
I received my H1B Approval notice from California Service Center. USCIS mentioned my name in the petitioner name box and in addresss they mentioned my name and my company's name. In I-94(the bottom portion of H1 Approval notice) they just mentioned my company's name. I asked my HR manager to talk to USCIS regarding this error. She talked to them and she found that it is fine and we need not change. As I-94 is having the company's name that is fine. Will that be an issue while I go for stamping in Indian Consulate. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Hi Akil,

One part of the bottom portion of I-94 is retained for personal records and one part is submitted to the airport authorities when you are travelling overseas. Thus, all you would be giving to the VO at any US Consulate is only the top portion of I-797 along with other documents. Thus you need not be concerned too much about it

By the way why would would you go to Indian Consulate (I understand you meant US Consulate in India)
