I was on L2 status since March 07.I applied for my H1 with COS and approve my petion on oct-01 2008.But i didn't work with that employer because of some personal problems.I was on leave these times.But my husband is on L1 and his visa got expired on 2008 dec.We applied for an extension and I also appled for my L2 extension.I think now my H1 got revoked.Now wht can I do to get back my H1?
