I am currently on H1B Visa. I am not planning to visit India anytime now and neither I have a H1 B stamp so far.
I intend to get married to a girl from India
without going there. Can I bring/sponsor her to the US
and get married here ? If yes, how and what visa can I
bring her in ? and what legal formalities to be
followed for getting married in the US and get H4 visa
for my wife ?
