H1 and J1

Dear Friends,

I applied first time for J1 in 2005 through my x-employer.
I was supposed to go for training for 2 weeks.....But it got rejected.
Now I am in process of applying H1B. Will there be any effect of my earlier rejection.

Please advise.

Please get prepared as per this link. J-1 and H-1 are different visa categories ...
