I have a question regarding H1 and I-94
I had gone out of country for vacation and while coming back in the port of entry, the officer gave me lenght of stay until May 2005 although i have visa until 2007. The reason he told me was my passport expires on may 2005.
What should i do to extend the stay, what forms do i need to Feel up, and what will be the cost?
