We need some answers for our query!!
1.We wanted to know whether we need to take appointment for dropping documents in drop box for H1B revalidation in chennai consulate?
2.Also I have to apply for h4 visa revalidation in Mumbai consulate after my husband gets his H1b visa revalidated in chennai. I was wondering whether the chennai consulate will return the I797, LCA ,paystubs,bank statements and other original documents after giving the h1b visa to my husband? I need these documents to apply for my H4 visa at the mumbai consulate.
Has anybody been in such situation before? Also, will notarized copies of I797, LCA and other documents do or do we need originals for H4 visa?
