I was arrested for a shoplifitng charge. This will most probably be dismissed (with or without probabtion). The charge is not under CIMT. Once case is dismissed I will get disposition certificate from court and any other document necssary for visa extension, travel etc.
My question is can I do my H4 transfer NOW while court apperacne is next month. My spouse on H1 is changing job, he will certainly not face any problem in H1 transfer. But what about my H4?
