We received our 3rd H1 and H4 extention in Dec 04 and our current H visas expired on Dec 31st 2004. Due to some reasons we are unable to visit India in the near future and would like to avail the revalidation facilities (if possible) in Canada.
Does anyone have experience of getting their H visas revalidated in Canada in the last few months?
Do I have to keep anything in mind while planning the revalidation process in Canada?
Is there any website that can provide me with any helpful details?
