H1 and H4 filing same time

Hi


I'm in India now. I want to file for H1 from April 2005. is it possible that i can also file for H4 for my wife at same time so that we two can travel to US on same day.I appreciate your help

No, It is not possible to file the H4 with the H1 filing. Your H-1B petition should be approved by USCIS. Then you can take your wife to the consulate for the interview along with your H-1B Interview.
 
Ok, what is the procedure i should follow after my H1 is approved to get my wife's H4?? ( assuming that my Passport not yet stamped with H1 visa)

You have to show your H-1B Approval notice & Proof of your relationship like Marriage Certificate, Marriage photos etc.
