H1 and H4 extensions at TSC approved

Hi guys, just wanted to share that my H1 and my wife\'s H4 were approved on 22th April 2002 by TSC. Here are the details:

H1 extension
------------
RD: 01/11/2002
AD: 04/22/2002

H4 extension
------------
RD: 02/14/2002
AD: 04/23/2002

Please tell me how come you have a different RD date then your wife was it applied seperately. Please respond as my case was received by them on 02/12/2002 and my wife\'s visa was applied with my visa.

Hi akhil, my first H1 expires on April 30th 2002. I applied for my H1 extension before I got married and when my wife came to US along with me after the wedding, we applied for her extension seperately. Though it takes less time for H4 extension, the INS waited for my case approval before approving her H4. Hope these details help. I "guess" you might get your approval sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. But who can predict it, as it is as good a bet as one can make on a roll of dice :)
