H1 and Green Card Urgent..Please reply

Hi All,

I used to work for company A and moved later on to Companies B and C.My labor through comany A got approved so I moved back to company A.I already applied for I140/485 through company A.My H1 with company A expires in July this year.So Iam planning to apply for the extension.Is i ok to apply for H1 extention when the I140/EAD/I485 are pendind.Are there any issues with it..

Please reply if any one can answer this qustion.

AFAIK if your labor is approved and your 140/485 are pending you may apply for 7th year Visa. All standard disclaimers apply.
