My parents are green card holders who filed for me back in December 1995.
I am on an H1 and will soon expire - November 04. Could my employer sponsor the GC for me as well as letting my petition filed by my parents continue.
What if my employer fails to file the GC- can I file for any sort of EAD till the family based GC date arrives. What are my options to continue working past Nov '04
