h1 and f1 appointmet question ** urgent pls **

hi guys ,

Couple of questions on revalidation at ottawa,canada

i am going for my h1-b revalidation so took an appointment
and my wife from h4 to F1

when i took appointment it asked me how many dependents ,
i gave one becuase of my wife applying.now this works for F1 also are it's considred as h4 only.

once we say dependent , the other person can go for f1 also right
