I have a question, could anyone advice.
My six year term H1 is expiring in march 2004 and my LC is filed recently (< 365 days by march 2004). So my employer has applied for H1 extension for 7th yr on the basis of 5 months recapture of my stay outside US.
My question: Is my stay legal beyond march 2004. If yes how long? and if my H1 gets rejected how long I can stay and what will be the status and what will be other consequences.
