H1 and B1 has been rejected

Hi,
For the H1 and B1 rejection @chennai consulate,India
In 2005 August my H1B has been rejected,that time they said i don`t have computer course as the main subject in my BTECH (civil)curriculum also said they have to verify my certificates as well as my Consultancy.I attended this after having 6 yrs IT experiance.
In 2006 june again my B1 was rejected ,they asked abt my H1 status, i said i assume it has been rejected(as i didn`t get any responce from consulate) ,then they asked me the reason for the same, i said, might be some remark on the consultancy..(as my certificates are not fraude and there were couple of rejections from the consultancy earlier)
Finally she said i am not eligible for the NON Immigrant visa.
Can you Please tell me the reason , why i am not eligible, is there a way to find out the reason through any source.

There could be a number of reasons ...
First , They should have given you a written notice - Usually , it is under section 214-B . :confused:
The Company that processed your H1B must have had a few problems with USCIS and visa sponsorship - :mad: That could have been the primary reason . Could you please give us more details on your case ... That will reason out the denial . :confused:
