Hi Jim/Jaxen/JoeF or any immigration gurus, please advise me. I am on H1 with company A, now the company changed its name to Company B, with a new Federal Employer ID number(FIEN). No changes to my job and responsibilities have beeen added. Even the company owner and management hasn`t changed. So my question is, do i need to file a new H1 ? Thankyou in advance..
