I am on conditional green card now doing residency in a hospital... my GC expires on 06/2007 but my marriage is not doing well and my husband wants to divorce me.
I talked to hospital people and they say they can sponsor a H1 for me when the conditional GC expires... is it possible?
then I will have to go back to my country and come with H1 visa? what will happen with the GC application?
is there any other way to keep GC if I divorce my husband?
