H1 7th year.Stamping in Canada.

Hi ,
I 'm in h1 and have my H1 renewed and I'm in my 7th year.I just want to know if it's advisable to get the H1 stamping in Canada (for H1 extension stamping)?

If so,can somebody let me know the website for fixing an appointment with an US Consulate in Toronto?

7th year extention maybe an issue. Some cases, US consulate officers won't renew and stick by 2- h1 extention which is 6 yrs.
