H1 7th Year & Job Change

Can anyone answer this Question ?

1. A person working for Company "A" is being offered another Employment opportunity in Company "B", is it advisable to switch, to begin with.

2. The Labor Certification was filed by company "A" and got the 7th Year Extension because of Company "A".
