applied for Labor Certification on may 26th 2000.was approved by the state and sent to the Federal Labour departemnt in Dallas for approval on the 26th April 2001....but has been pending ever since. H1 expires march 2005.Was just curious to know if am eligible for a 1 year extension even if the labour isnt cleared before that time.
