H1 7th Year and pre approved LC

Greetings,
My 6 years of H1 is coming to an end in Feb 2005 and my company is planning to apply for 7th year extension based on 1 year of Labor petetion in first week of Feb 2005.

I found another company B who is willing to do my GC with a pre approved LC but I need to join them immediately. I would like to weigh my options before joining them

#1 Should I wait until the 7th year H1 is approved from current company and then do the transfer to Company B and file for I140 and 485

#2 File for 7th year from Company B directly since the LC from them is already 2 years old.

Which one would be safer?
