H1 7tH Year and A0S

Hi,

I filed my 7th year extension(VSC) in Oct 2003 which is in pending status and I did get my EAD and AP in Aug 2003 but I haven't used those. My 6 years of visa completed in Feb 2004.

Will this effect my status?. Do I need use my EAD now?, Or can I wait for my H1 approval. My i140 is in pending status also.

Can someone advice me.

U can still keep on working on H1 since you have already applied for H1 extension.
