Hi,
My 6 years of H1 will expire on Dec 2010 and I need to visit India sometime in Feb. I do not have my visa stamped on the passport. Will it be a problem as I have less than 1 year left to stay and they wont stamp it for that reason ?
I have not filed for GC or Labor or anything.
I don't know even if we can make it to 1 year extension if my company starts the process of GC now.I heard labor takes atleast 365 days and after that I can apply for extension.
However, I m thinking of getting GC thru marriage.
Please any words of wisdom. Really appreciate.
