My stay in US as follows.
1) 10/10/1998 and went back to India on 04/13/1999
Initial H1 stamped in chenni
2) 10/17/1999 - 11/13/1999 on same initial H1 for less than a month.
3) 2000 June 15th - to date On New H1 for 2 years stamped at Chennai
which was expired on 2002 April 19th
It was renewed (extended) from 04/20/2002 to 04/19/2005 for another 3 years.
My question is
whether initial H1 time is counted for 6 year period OR
it starts from 2000 June 15th and 6 year period will expire on 2006 april
If so am I eligible for one more year of H1 extension from 04/20/2005.
