I would like to renew my I 797 myself, without lawyer, please advise me if i need to get new LCA or can i use same i used last time in 2001.
I would like to know also what forms do i need to summitt.
I would go for premium process so do i need any special forms.
Please give me list of forms and any other document i need to send along with your said forms.
I am looking forward to get reply form all of you and aspecially from JoF.
