Hi ,
I've filled for a H-1b transfer and recieved the notice on Dec 7th. The timelines on the Vermont service center online indicate the current processing date is Sept 06.
Is the progression linear? Any ideas on when we might expect these guys to get to Dec fillings?
Also , has anyone had any experience changing from regular to premium processing?do we file a new application or change the status of the existing one?How long does Premium take in cases of transfer?
