Hi My attorney has filed wrong papers for my h1b extension, they forgot to put my new passport which and put in my old passport which is now cancelled since i renewed my passport. also the paper work sent is not proper. This is filed in regular processing, i got the reciept too. can we cancel this h1 extension and refile it again under premium processing. THe employer will be same. Also can we choose a different attorney this time or have to stick with the old one
