Hi,

1. My 7th year H1-B extension approval will be valid from Oct 16th. So Can't I go for stamping on Sep 12th? Because in the US consulate, Canada web site they have mentioned the following.

* Reciprocity fee (if applicable) I-797 (either I-797A or I-797B) (I-797C is not acceptable). Must be original and full page. Appointment should be made ten days prior to the validity date on the I-797 or after the validity date has passed

2. Also I do not have US degree. But I have 6 years of working experience in USA. Does it going to cause problem as per the following mentioned in the site?

* Consular officers in Canada may refuse to issue a visa to H-1B applicants if their education and/or work experience is solely or predominantly from a country other than the U.S. or Canada.

3. My wife changed her status from H4 to H1-B. She will have three pay stubs by the time we go for stamping in September (She started working since a month). She does not have education as well as much experience in USA. Is it going to be a problem?
