Hi,
I am on my 7th year H1 and just got another 3 year renewal. My wife has been on h4 for about 3 years now. We are planning to switch to L visa. My wife shouldn't have any problem converting to L but since I am on my 7th year H1. Can I be a depended under my wifes L visa? I had heard that H and L combined you can't have for more than 7 years. anyone?
