H-4 to H1-B - can I file multiple petitions

Hi,

I am here in the USA on dependent H4 visa.
I have recieved offer from multiple companies to file my H1-B.

Is it legal to file multiple H4 to H1-B petitions?
Which employer can I work with if multiple petitions are approved?
Once the first approval comes,will my H4 status be invalid?

Pls advise soon,I am in a fix.
