H-4 query. Urgent

H-4 for my future wife

1. I have heard that my wife needs my name on per passport when she goes for her H-4 visa. We are getting married on April 13 and will have our marriage certificate from the court by April 15, but it takes atleast 2 months for passport authorities to process and add my name in her passport, so is there a solution to this that she is granted H-4 based on wedding certificate, my continued letter of employment,paystubs etc what show that i am legal to work in US till 2007.

2. Can we both go and get stamping done at same time. I mean i can get my
restamping for my H-1B extension and she gets the H-4 at same time? Would my beingphysically present at the time of her H-4 visa be a help for her H-4?

I haven't heard that wife needs husbands name on passport requirement so far.
