H-4 issue, please help

Hi All;

I have an H-1 visa and my wife has an H-4. She is not on my GC application (we got married after my I-140 was approved). Now I have an interview in Montreal for my I-824.

What will happen to my wife’s H-4 visa? Is there a way to include her in my GC application now? Any help is greatly appreciated.

talk to your consulate and if the marriage has happened before your GC approval you should be able to add her during your GC interview itself or you could ask her to appear for a interview separately as a beneficiary of your GC ie "follow to join " procedure very soon.
