Hi all:
I need your advice and help.
My HI-b expires in May 2005. No extension will be filed. I am in the procees of adopting my niece to bing her over on H- 4 status ( her Mom just passed away). I intend for her to request this Visa sometime in March. Given the fact I am not her natural DAD and the fact that there is little time left on my H-4, do you think she will get the visa? Will they ask tricky questions like "how long do you intent to say in the us?"
