hi,my h-1 6yrs getting over,so when i file for my h-1 i have to file for my wife's h-4 extention too.
she plan to visit india at that time ,is she needed to be physcially present here at the time of her h-4 extention?how many months in advance do we need to file for such extention.she any way plans to be back before her h-4 term ends.
