Hi,
I have a question about H-3 visa and possibilities of doing 2 internships during one stay in the US and maybe there is someone familiar with this issue that will be kind enough to offer some advice/help.
My first employer is already processing the I-129 form for an internship for me this coming Fall, that should last from October till the end of February, but I have another employer, in different place, that is willing to offer me internship starting from February (right after I finish my first training, without coming back to my home country).
Here comes the question about the procedures that should be undertaken to make this happen - I'm aware that the visa belongs to the business sponsor, but does such an arrangement require cooperetion between two of my future employers? Should the second employer also fill in the I-129 form and the $325 fee should be paid again in this case? Is this scenario doable at all and if so how?
thanks for getting familiar with my problem, have a great day,
Adam
