I will be applying for an H-1B1 Chilean Visa but need to know a couple of things so I can let my new employer know :
1. Costs?
2. What will be the status for my Family (Wife and Daughter)?
3. Can I do the application or does it have to be an attorney?
4. Can I do the yearly renewals or does the employer have to request them every year?
