Would appreciate very much if anyone can advise me here quickly.
I am going to India this Dec and will come back to the US in the first week of Jan 2007. I would probably go back to China the next week or so and return by end of Jan 2007.
The H-1B visa on my passport will expire on 14Feb 2007, though I will still have I-797 valid till May 2008. Is it necessary for me to get my visa stamped before I come back from India next January or can I come back to the US as long as I have a valid visa?
