Case Description: My H-1B visa extension was filed on August 25, 2025, very close to the expiration of my current H-1B status on September 12, 2025. My I-94 has also expired, and the document shows that my admitted-until date was September 30, 2025.

My case received an RFE on September 5, 2025, and the response was submitted on November 7, 2025. Unfortunately, my case was denied by USCIS on November 13, 2025.

RFE Details:
The RFE stated that the wage level listed for my position did not match the job requirements. According to USCIS, the position/role mentioned should have been assigned Wage Level 3, not Wage Level 2, even though the LCA had been approved.

Question:
Now that both my H-1B status and I-94 have expired, and my H-1B extension petition has been denied, what options do I have to regain valid work authorization and continue working for my current employer?

Please suggest all possible options, including any pathways that would allow me to remain in the United States while new applications, petitions, or other requests for work authorization are being processed.
