I need some help urgently. A few months back an Amendment for my H-1 was filed and got approved but I had traveled abroad before it was approved. So the I-94 on my passport and on my H-1 don't match. Will this be a problem when I file for H-1 transfer to another company?
My second question is that my last pay-stub is 1 month old. I was on Leave without pay since then. I am applying for an H-1 transfer now. Now if a month later I apply for an H-1 transfer thru another company will it be risky since by then my last pay-stub from my present company will be 2 months old.
Please advise.
