H-1B transfer / extension after 6th year

Dear all,

What are the requirements for the transfer / extension of H-1B after 6th year as a back up for changing employer invoking AC21?

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

H-1B expires 06/18/2007.

I am also in similar situation.. except my 485 is not filled and don't have 7th H1B extension approval yet!

Is it possible to change employer at this point in time.. If I do so then is it possible for the new employer to get 3 year extension based on currently approved I-140 from current employer.
 
7th Year H1B extension, LC filed by future employer

Hello,

My 6 year term H1B expires in Dec 2010, my current employer A is not willing to start my GC process. I am planning to start my GC with a future employer B. Now if my LC gets cleared, can I stay with my current employer A with the 7th year extension? In a nut shell, is it required by the current employer to file for the 7th year extension or a future employer can do that?
