I have a H-1B from Company A (they have just filed extension for it). In the meanwhile I have accepted an offer from Company B. Company B has filed for a transfer. Is there a problem with this (the attorney for B doesnt think so)?
Also, if B transfer is approved and I decide (hypothetically) not to accept the offer can I continue working for A?
