H-1B Termination or Transfer: Will I be sued for causing liquidated damages?

Hi,

I got my H-1B in November 2005, and so far I havent signed any contract with my current employer. Lets assume that in less than a year I find a new job in other US company or decide not to pursue my career in US anymore, will I be sued by my current company?
