H-1B status (6th year), approved I-140, retrogressed country - job change ?

I am in the sixth year of my H-1B (expires April 3, 2011).

I just learned that my I-140 (National Interest Waiver) was approved on April 16, 2010.

I am Indian, so I cannot even file my I-485 until my visa number becomes current (or whatever the term is) for possibly another 4 years or so.

Does this mean I cannot change employers (AC21 requires one to have filed I-485 at least 180 days before applying for it) ? Or can I use H-1B portability to do that (since my H-1B can now be extended indefinitely) ? Or do I have to have a permanent job lined up before April 3, 2011 (see above) ?

If your NIW is employer sponsored, then you should NOT change job, because you can not use the AC-21 now.

I am confused on this. My understanding once NIW is approved you can always get a 3 year extension, offcourse you need to refile the GC but priority dates doesn't change. Can Rajiv verify this?
