Dear ALL,
I am wondering where to do the H-1B stamping at a US Embassy--in Singapore or in China considering the tightening secutiry clearance policy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I heard that there is a watch list for some countries. Where can I get any official document regarding this statement? Thanks again.
