Does anyone have any information about the amount of time they are currently taking for stamping H-1B visa at the Embassy in New Delhi (does this vary depending on whether drop box or interview method is used)?? Also, I have heard some horror stories about rejections of those transferring from F-1 to H-1. Does anyone know if the current situation is any worse/better than 'normal'??
