H-1B revalidation-- Any denials

Anybody denied H-1B visa revalidation?
One of my firends has been told to re-apply back home , as he is not clearable at this time. What a trouble after two and half montsh of waiting, he has worked hard for ten years in this country to get education and job only to be unfairly treated like this.

Everybody know how hard is these days to ask and go back for an unknown vacation time for clearance.

Any ideas/reasons/solutions please share.

Did you receive your passport?

I read your previous posting that you had sent your passports for revalidation. Have you received it? If no, please let us know the RD and mailing time.

I am still waiting

I called DOS twice but got disconnected perhaps purposefully because of load or what not

I will be exactly two months tomorrow and still hopeful and waiting.
